Foreign National Loans · 11 states
Many foreign national programs do not require a U.S. credit score or a Social Security number. I help non-U.S. citizens finance a second home or investment property with programs built for them.

The Basics
Foreign national loans are non-QM programs for buyers who live outside the United States or have no U.S. credit history. Lenders review your identity, assets and the property instead of a U.S. credit file.
Terms vary by lender, and down payments are typically larger than for U.S. borrowers. I compare options across many lenders so you can see what fits your plan.
Plan on a bigger down payment than a typical U.S. loan. The exact amount depends on the lender, the property type and how you use the home.
Many programs use international credit references, bank statements or other documents in place of a U.S. credit score.
Programs often cover vacation homes, second homes and investment properties. Primary residence options are more limited.
Expect to show funds for the down payment and cash reserves, plus a valid passport and your visa or entry documents.
