Information we collect

What you give us. When you contact us, request a quote, subscribe, use a form or apply for a loan, you may share:

• Income, assets, debts and employment details
• Property and real estate transaction details

What we get automatically. When you visit, our systems and our service providers may record:

Please do not send full Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive details by ordinary email or contact forms. Ask us for a secure upload link instead.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods the law requires for mortgage records. After that we delete it or remove identifying details.

Children

The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site links to other websites, including our loan application portal and lender tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
